Easy Roasted Squash Recipe

– Beibei Pumpkin 🎃: 1
– Butter 🧈: 15g
– Garlic 🧄: 3-4 cloves
– Chopped Parsley 🌿: 1 teaspoon
– Salt 🧂: a pinch
– Crushed Black Pepper 🌶️: a pinch
– Flour 🌾: 1 teaspoon

How to make roasted pumpkin:

1.Wash the baby pumpkin, cut it open, remove the core, and cut it into small pieces.

2.Add melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt and crushed black pepper and mix well.

3.Add flour and continue mixing.

4.Coat the squash with all the spices.

5.Spread on a baking sheet.
